As a child, my curiosity was sparked by light and shadow, and a simple prism opened my eyes to the magic of visuals. This fascination grew into a burning passion, as I dreamt of creating works of art for the world to see. I didn’t have the privilege of attending a formal film school, but I take immense pride in being a student of the school of hard knocks.

By a stroke of serendipity, I held a camera for the first time, and that moment became a life-altering experience, making cinema an eternal and sublime calling for me. My first major milestone came as the 2nd Unit Director of Photography for Chak De! India, a victory that set the stage for an unstoppable journey in filmmaking.

Collaborating with acclaimed Cinematographers on projects like Chak De! India, Bard of Blood, Dhakkad, Emergency, and 120 Bahadur was a triumphant chapter. Films like Muktodhara and Accident marked my first independent ventures, where I wove together artistic vision and honed the craft of visual storytelling. These projects became a canvas for creativity, setting the stage for a journey defined by passion and cinematic exploration. I dream of creating cinema that transcends time, aspiring to leave behind a legacy of work that is both eternal and impactful. With my unwavering dedication, I aim to be remembered as an artist whose creations are eternal and timeless.
